These Website & Mobile Application Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the JC Hockey Development, LLC website (www.jchockeydevelopment.com) (“Website”) and mobile application (“App”). By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the Website or App, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

By participating in video coaching sessions, you consent to the recording and storage of video content for coaching, training, and feedback purposes. Participation constitutes consent to internal use of recorded videos unless you notify us in writing prior to the session.

4.3 Prohibition on Screen Recording and Screenshots

You are strictly prohibited from screen recording, screenshotting, downloading, or duplicating any video coaching or training materials. This applies to live sessions, prerecorded videos, training exercises, and all digital content.

4.4 Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

All video coaching and training materials—including live sessions, prerecorded videos, training exercises, and methodologies—are confidential and proprietary. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without express written consent.

4.5 Compliance and Consequences

Failure to comply may result in immediate suspension or termination of access to the Website, App, and all digital services, and may result in legal action.

 

  1. User Accounts

Some features of the Website or App require you to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration, to update your information as necessary, and to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. JC Hockey Development, LLC may suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms.

12.3 Video and Training Services

All video coaching and training provisions in Section 4 apply equally to the App.

12.4 Updates and Maintenance

We may release updates, upgrades, or patches. You agree to install updates promptly to ensure proper functioning.

12.5 Termination

We may suspend or terminate App access at any time for any reason.

12.6 Governing Law

These App Terms are governed by Texas law, with exclusive jurisdiction in Dallas, Texas.

The Website and App are provided “as is” and “as available.” JC Hockey Development, LLC makes no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, availability, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement. Use of the Website or App is at your own risk.
